Fox Searchlight Pictures and BBC Films announced today that principal photography has begun on ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS: THE MOVIE.  The first cinematic adventure for the long running and much-loved comedy is shooting on location in the U.K and the south of France for 7 weeks. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS: THE MOVIE reunites Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley as the iconic Edina and Patsy along with the rest of the original cast that includes Julia Sawalha as Saffy, Jane Horrocks as Bubble and June Whitfield as Mother. So on Sunday night, January 17th, we’re going back to our old name and simply presenting the 21st annual Critics’ Choice Awards gala. BROAD GREEN PICTURES ’99 HOMES’ THEATRICAL RELEASE ENCOURAGES GOOD DEEDS IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES Phoenix Rescue Mission and Other Charitable Organizations in 20 Cities Around U.S. to Benefit Broad Green Pictures announces the launch of 99 Homes: 99 Good Deeds, a charitable initiative to encourage individuals to perform one good deed to help a member of their community and to underscore the positive impact that even the smallest amounts of assistance can have. The launch comes just ahead of the release of the studio’s upcoming film 99 Homes debuting in theatres on Sept. 25, expanding nationwide Oct. 9. In collaboration with local organizations in 20 cities throughout the United States, Broad Green Pictures will perform 99 good deeds. In Phoenix, Broad Green Pictures has partnered with non-profit charity Phoenix Rescue Mission.
