NETFLIX TO RELEASE ANGELINA JOLIE'S FIRST THEY KILLED MY FATHER IN PRESTIGE THEATERS IN TOP 10 MARKETS ON SEPTEMBER 15, THE SAME DAY FILM LAUNCHES WORLDWIDE ON THE SERVICE  Following standing ovations at Telluride, the film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival  Following standing ovations and rave reviews at its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival, Netflix announced today that Angelina Jolie's First They Killed My Father will open theatrically on Friday, September 15th in the top 10 markets, the same day that it launches globally on the service. Prior to that, it will screen tonight, Monday, September 11th at the Toronto International Film Festival.
